Skin-contact white wine that drinks like it was direct pressed. Spontaneously fermented on the skins for 14 days and then aged in neutral, French oak barrels for 4 months. Then aged in stainless steel for 6 months before being bottled. Very aromatic with tropical and floral notes. Dry.
